Moon Reading:
Day is good for cultivating inner freedom, joy, laughing, celebrations, wine drinking (in moderation), dancing, singing. Beneficial for couples relationships, sexual contacts and exchange of energy, and is wonderful for a marriage. Love is the brightest aspect of the day, but may bring unexpected surprises to everyone not careful with this energy.
The Full Moon of February, which occurred at 8:54 a.m. on February 12, is known as the Snow Moon. It lived up to its name this year with almost four inches of fresh snow. Freezing rain the next day coated the snow with a thin layer of ice. Last night and this morning another inch of snow fell. I have been unable to get to the trailhead of GAP because of the icy streets—I never ride my bike if there is even a hint of ice or snow on the roads—but I assume it is closed to bikers north and south of Frostburg.
Still experiencing the afterglow of the Full Moon. Waning Gibbous Moon begins tomorrow on the 15th, and will continue until approximately February 21, 2025, when it transitions to the Last Quarter phase.
